In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Annie James Boutique and Everest Sales Group LLC. "You" means the person visiting our website or placing an order.

  • You agree to give correct and complete information when you place an order.
  • You may not use our website for anything illegal or to harm our website, our customers or us.
  • All content on our website, such as texts, photos and logos, belongs to Annie James Boutique. You may not copy or use it without our permission.

3. Products and prices

  • We do our best to show our products, colors and sizes as accurately as possible. Colors can look slightly different depending on your screen.
  • Every product page has a size chart in inches. Please check it before you order.
  • All prices are in U.S. dollars (USD). Any sales tax is shown at checkout before you pay.
  • We can change prices at any time. The price you pay is always the price shown when you placed your order.
  • If a product has a clear pricing error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

4. Orders

Your order is placed once you complete checkout and receive our order confirmation by email. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is no longer available or if we suspect fraud. In that case, we refund the full amount.

5. Payment

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout and in our Payment Policy. Your payment is charged when you place your order.

6. Shipping and delivery

  • We only ship within the United States. Your order ships from our warehouse in China.
  • Order cut-off time: 2:00 PM Eastern Time (New York), Monday to Friday.
  • Processing time: 1-2 business days. Shipping time: 6-9 business days. Total delivery time: 7-11 business days.
  • Shipping is free on all orders in the United States.
  • If U.S. customs holds a parcel and charges import duties or taxes, these costs are paid by the customer.

7. Canceling an order

You can cancel your order free of charge within 12 hours after placing it, as long as we haven't processed it yet. Email us at info@anniejamesboutique.com with your order number.

8. Returns and refunds

  • Return period: 30 days after receiving your order.
  • Condition: new, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.
  • How to start: email info@anniejamesboutique.com with your order number. We reply within 24 hours on business days.
  • Return address: Wu Xi, Building 4, 4th Floor, 58 Baiye Road, Dongguan, Guangdong 523000, China. This is an international shipment. Please only send returns after we have approved them.
  • Who pays return shipping: you pay the return shipping costs and arrange your own return label. If an item is damaged, defective, wrong or not as described, we pay the return shipping costs.
  • Restocking fee: 15% on approved returns, taken off your refund. No restocking fee if the item is damaged, defective, wrong or not as described.
  • Refund: within 10 business days after your return is approved, on your original payment method.
  • Not returnable: underwear, swimwear and socks (for hygiene reasons, unless damaged or wrong) and gift cards.

10. Liability

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather or other events outside our control. Our liability is never higher than the amount you paid for your order. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under U.S. consumer law.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The terms that apply are the ones on this page at the moment you place your order.
