Is shipping really free?

Yes. Shipping is free on all orders within the United States, with no minimum order amount.

Your order ships from our warehouse in China. We need 1 to 2 business days to process your order, and delivery then takes 6 to 9 business days. In total, you can expect your order within 7 to 11 business days.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order ships, we send you an email with your tracking number. You can also follow your parcel on our Track Your Order page.

Please note that it can take 2 to 3 business days before the first tracking update shows up.

How do I find the right size?

Every product page has a size chart in inches. The easiest way to choose is to measure a similar item you already own and compare it to the chart.

Can I return my order?

We're sorry if that happens. Please email us within 7 days after delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and the packaging.

We'll send you a free replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
