Your order ships from our warehouse in China. We need 1 to 2 business days to process your order, and delivery then takes 6 to 9 business days. In total, you can expect your order within 7 to 11 business days.

As soon as your order ships, we send you an email with your tracking number. You can also follow your parcel on our Track Your Order page.

Yes. You can request a return within 30 days after receiving your order. Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.

Good to know: return shipping costs are paid by the customer and a 15% restocking fee applies, unless your item arrived damaged, defective, wrong or not as described. Once your return is approved, you'll receive your refund within 10 business days.
